Refunds and Returns:

Client satisfaction is a top priority.  If you are dissatisfied for whatever reason, please contact me at within 15 days of the date of purchase to request a refund.  Requests for refunds after 15 days from the date of purchase will not be eligible for consideration.

To be eligible for a refund, the item must be returned unused in the same condition as received, with the tag intact, using a service that provides tracking and insurance coverage.  Shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer and not eligible for re-imbursement.

Refund payments will be made either by cheque or e-transfer following receipt by email to of the shipment date and tracking number. A refund to your credit card is not possible at this time.

If a refund is requested because of a product issue, there is the option of replacement.


I take pride in ensuring the quality and integrity of my designs and do a quality check before shipping out your order.  If somehow, a defect is discovered, photos of the defect are requested to be sent to and the item returned to Jewelry by Fran Green.  Once notice of the shipment date and tracking number is provided by email, a replacement will be shipped out free of charge.
